Here in a protected web of biodiversity our botanist guide knows where to find extraordinary specimens and you’ll be inspired to see the bush through fresh eyes.
This wildflower hotspot on the crest of the Great Dividing Range, 1.5 hours from Roma, puts on its best display inlate August/early September with colourful grevilleas, hakeas, wattles, bush peas and many more. This may be a once-in-a lifetime opportunity to see rare or threatened species and our local botanist can take you to the best areas to spot the Gurulmundi heath-myrtle and delicate ground orchids plus any other unusual blooms that have come out to greet the season.*
Learn more about the different species and their growing conditions, and enjoy leisurely time to take plenty of photos.
A generous morning tea and lunch is included and tastes even better relaxing in the fresh bushland air surrounded by our incredible Australian flora!
